"The divine manifestation of Life, which comes to the flesh to destroy incarnate error."  This is not only the definition of Christ, found in the best selling book: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, this is Christ as action verb and not a noun.

The power of Mind healing, divine Science, is the promised Comforter.  "This Mind-reading is the opposite of clairvoyance. It is the illumination of the spiritual understanding which demonstrates the capacity of Soul, not of material sense. This Soul-sense comes to the human mind when the latter yields to the divine Mind." This is a lesson learned through ceasless practice.

You see, the constraint from thought to experience always was, will be, and simply is, when this constraint appears supernatural, you have one of the fundamental definitions of the word; religion. Another definition of religion is found to be, a personal system, a practice of scrupulous conformity, recognized as conscientiousness. Institutions of faith are to teach the benefit of the 'divine manifestations of Life, which come to the flesh to destroy incarnate error', and how best to express this Christ Truth.  I find Christian Science does this very well in deed, not claiming to be THE religion, however, providing the UTILITY necessary to apprehend and happen into usefulness the constraint of joyous attainment, health and a wealth of well being.   The conclusion is drawn from demonstration. Spiritual healing identified as the very premise of our health manifest.  This is Christ Science.  The matter previously thought to be otherwise existent by the five material senses is hereby governed anew by a mental sense constrained to the consciousness of one Divine Mind. 
This constraint may appear, at times, a supernatural reliant tie to our divining Spirit, our spiritual Christ consciousness. In Christian Science I learned that what may appear supernatural  is  perfect, is natural and is normal, I learned this lesson long ago in Sunday School and from my older relitives.  Individuals, certain of this phenomenea are finding the cause of Divine Science fundamental to salvation. In Science, Theology, Medicine the author and healer, Mary Baker Eddy states;   "To-day the healing power of Truth is widely demonstrated as an immanent, eternal Science, instead of a phenomenal exhibition."  salvation as defined in Merriam Webster's is a source, cause, or means of being proctected from harm.  The salvation of humanity,  demonstrated in proportion to our present state of human perfection, is the state of perceived goodness  brought to bear through the purification of thought and deed. The cause that protects humanity from harm is in deed comforting.

Life's causal manifestations, effects the 'matter' of our experiences.  The fleshly demonstrations that appear as healing, is the active Christ, destroying incarnate errors, disorder, illness, disease, and yes,death too, for man is spiritual and eternal.  Disordered mortal thinking responsible for incarnate error is, through the study, apprehension, and practice of Divine Science,  replaced with thoughts and actions motavated soundly and harmoniously. Practice this constant relation to the spiritual existence of  Life, and experience the result.   The  selfless  man, spiritually healthy, with a wealth of well being is available now.  I have recognized this to be the power of Mind healing.
"To live so as to keep human consciousness in constant relation with the divine, the spiritual, and the eternal, is to individualize infinite power"   Mary Baker Eddy.

I am writing today, to ask that you, become active, uphold and defend as valid and right, the religious/spiritual care provision already in place, set aside and pending your voice; to support  the many institutions of faith owning and operating care facilities, ie. Valley Presbyterian, Lutheran General, Burbank Adventist, Holy Cross, Cedar Sinai, Sacred Heart, Padre Hospital, Christian Science sanatoriums etc. ALL are qualifying hospitals per major insurance company guidelines, NOT hospices.  These care facilities include access to non-medical practitioners, qualifying non-medical practitioner providers, and ALLshould be eligible to enroll in the Medicare program,  including those non-medical practitioners working independent of these facilities, in the field, by phone or through prayer.

I Joy C. Ohler a Christian Science  Practitioner, a non-medical practitioner, is keeping this request in thought when stating; federal legislation does not allow discrimination against individual benefits for religious or spiritual health care.  These provisions are designed to ensure that discrimination against spiritual health care, so long as the care is recognized by the IRS as an expense eligible for a medical care deduction.  My National Provider's Identifier # for enumeration through medicare is available upon request, for IRS purpose, and was issued by the NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System). 
I'm asking you to help ensure that this provision is not left out of Medicare enrollment, eligibility and coverage.  I beseech all to consider the non-medical practitioner's availability through Medicare. The Christian Science practitioner is now among the other non-medical practitioner providers that need to be covered by Medicare, with the same non-discriminatory provisions.  Meeting the human need for those seeking spiritual pathology (the study of disease, cause, development and cure). 
Metaphysics, the first science, is concerned with the fundamental nature of reality as Spirit and consciousness as not confined to material form. Revealing  the healing power of Divine Mind as sound practice,  and no longer contrary to the prevailing approach to health care and is consistent with the Medical Practice Act.  "Nothing in this Act shall be construed so as to discriminate against a school or system of medical practice or to affect or limit in any way the application or use of the principles, tenets, or teachings of any church in the ministration to the sick or suffering by prayer or pastoral counselling without the use of any drug or material substance represented as being medically effective."

Church as defined in Christian Science is;  "The structure of Truth and Love;
what ever rests upon and proceeds from divine Principle"
